We used to attend a Unity church where the bowls were frequently burning away those things we wanted to release. Now I have a version of sorts myself when I burn last season's Christmas tree in a bond fire and we all salute the wonderful blaze! Amazing how any clearing of clutter gives us a lift in energy. That’s the beauty of this ceremony. You can make it what you need. For example, some people attract what they need by writing affirmations and then reviewing them on a regular basis.

Hi Sara. I haven’t done the burning bowl ceremony before. But, I have enjoyed cleaning out my closet. I don’t like clutter and when I notice things sitting around my space just gathering dust it’s time to get organized.
