Picture B - "All is lost but hope."

That's a song lyric that has always held particular resonance for me. The image so beautifully brought it to mind. :)

@ Evita -- I'm pleased you chose Picture C and added that particular quote! I liked these leaves because they had the tiny yellow flowers growing, which to be symbolized growth and change. I'm also happy that you had fun with this game. I wasn't sure how it would go over, but it is fascinating to see how people picked different pictures and quotes....and their reasons for their choices. Thanks so much for sharing:~)

@ Davina -- Thanks about the opening photo. It is unusual isn't it. I took at a farm in Switzerland which grows many of the older plants and flowers and lots of medicinal ones. I liked your choice. These are unusual flowers and I agree that one by itself looks fragile, but as a group, they seem to have power. Thanks for sharing this:~)

@ Patty -- I love how so many people have picked the nest, but each quote they've chosen has been different. I also like your take on what a nest represents...there is a lot of value in learning when and dhow to leave a nest and it is a part of the cycle of renewal. Thank you so much for sharing this:~)

@ Talon -- Your quote really fits the bird's nest! I totally agree about nature...I find the most amazing things in nature. It provides ample food for the creative spirit. Thanks for playing the game:~)

@ SuZen -- That's a great choice and I loved what you said about the twig and birds. It is so true. They can use the most interesting things to create a nest for their babies. Thanks for playing the game:~)

Ha, ha this was fun Sara!

I choose picture C - the leaves with this quote:
6) “Life is change. Growth is optional. Choose wisely.”~ Karen Kaiser Clark

Nature, growth, water that all speaks to me of change and growth. It is our natural state of being I believe, and we have much to benefit from it if we allow ourselves the chance :)

@ Carol -- I'm glad you found this game fun. I was certain how people would respond. I agree with you and Kathy that the Lao Tzu quote fits the statue. I can look at the picture and see so many things in the wood. Thanks for joining in the game:~)

Hi Sara. I choose picture A and the quote “Even the weak become strong when they are united." One of those flowers would look fragile on its own. That photo at the beginning of your post is gorgeous! And the quote you paired it up with is perfect.
