@ Tony -- I went back to the beach recently and the chair was gone. I like to think that the person it was waiting for finally returned and took it home:~)

@ Serena -- You are not a sap. The fact that you had a tear in your eye with this story just shows how compassionate you are:~)

@ Wilma -- What a nice comment. Thanks. I like the idea of seeing the chair smile and you're right...how could I not smile when JC sat in it? It was a special way to share his love:~)

@ Wilma -- What a nice comment. I really like the part about JC being able to say "I love you" by sitting in the chair. He does special things that all the time. I am very lucky:~)

I am such a sap....the story of the chair brought a tear to my eye as I felt it's lonliness through your words. I'm so glad JC spent some time in the chair before you left. I think it was touching that you noticed the chair in the way you did ~

Hi Sara
I love how the photos support your story and of course things deserve love.
You can see the chair smile with that loving person in it and now it has made me smile.
It allowed JC to say "I love you", how wonderful is that.

@ Jannie -- I'm glad you liked the story. The only sad part of this story is that we did have to leave the chair. As I said in Davina's comment, I believed the chair belonged to a fisherman and that he'd come back. Unless of course, it belonged to a Mermaid who came out at night to watch the moon and moved the chair so that the water never took it. Ya never know:~)

Regarding the Cape San Blas beach, it is beautiful. I once published a picture I took at the beach and called it Florida Snow. There were people who actually believed it was snow....that's because the sand at this beach is so white...it's amazing. Come visit some time!
