Let’s go for a walk.
It’s a lovely day. You are feeling very happy and relaxed on this walk. It’s nice to stretch your legs. As you move through this walk, click on the pictures to enlarge them. Use the back arrow to return to your walk.
You look up and see the beautiful trees branches reaching out to hold hands as you walk under them. They make you safe.
Along the way, you see that the plants are awakening from winter’s dark slumber. They make you smile.
Wow, look ahead of you! The white clouds are playing like sea nymphs in an ocean of blue sky. They make you laugh.
At the corner of the road, a tree stands. Its naked limbs curve in a frozen rhythmic dance that only they know. They make you sigh.
As you walk, you see winter’s leaves staining the sky like bold red lipstick on an old woman’s face. They make you stare.
Now, here’s the door.
I hope that your soul is soothed by this visual meditation of nature. I hope you’ve forgotten all the things you need to do and all the things you didn’t do. This is just NOW. Take a deep calming breath and enjoy the rest of your day:~)
