Hi Sara,
I think it would say “Ahhh, sunshine and fresh air! Gotta love it!”
hugs

p.s. Just imagining a beach on this cold frozen tundra kind of day here is so good for the soul! :)

She might say:

“brine and barnacles, seaweed and glop;

i feel gritty and grimy and really must stop.

i’ve had enough of this crud in my path,

i’m stopping and having a nice bubble bath!”

“OK children…you too can be as big and clean as me if you just take your baths everyday.”

“But, Mommy……I’m afraid of soap bubbles burning my eyes!”

“Just keep your eyes closed and be sure to wear sunscreen.”

@ Ken — Well done and “Mommy” was about keeping the eyes closed:~)

Hi Sara ..

Ooooh I’m being washed clean .. these bubbles smell lemony – not like my cappuccino froth in the sea .. I can see my place saved on the top of the pile of shells, sitting glistening in the sun, in their seagreen bowl.

I’m looking forward to my holiday – the bubble fairies told me that amazing things happen at night .. the shells come to life and tell their stories … those far away shores, the large eyes watching them from the deep – we discuss recipes too .. but vegetarian ones, fishy ones upset us all …

The moonbeams watch over us, we gleam by day, the children come and play with us .. but at night is our time – we come out to play.

@ Hilary — It does look like a bath, doesn’t it. After the bath, this shell can join the others while drying in the sun. A holiday for shells sounds delightful and definitely they would be vegetarian!!

I love when you let your imagination play with words:~)

Thanks for the visit!

Love that shot, Sara. Looks like it got caught in some dishsoap – lol! I wish I wasn’t sick with a cold and my brain was functioning normally because then I could come up with a sea shell tale. As it is, I’ll just enjoy the other creative tales and the awesome photo :)

This is an amazing shot of the sea shell. With all the bubbles in the water, he might say “I ordered bubbly, not a bubble bath”. Sorry, not very creative this morning.

I think it might be saying, “Oh, wow, look at what happens when you let go and open up! Come on, ya’ll, let go of whatever you are holding onto and join me in the bubbles of the good life”!
Cool photo, Sara. Makes me want to get into my swimsuit and onto a warm beach! oxoxo

This is an incredble shot, Sara. You are very talented. I think the shell would say, “There is nothing like a good bubble bath after a wonderful day spent in the ocean.” Actually, that is what I would say.

What a shot! Bubbly, sudsy clam? I think it would say, something like, “Try it! lay out in the sun, float around and let the waves wash over you. You might be surprised how you get used to it!”

@ Belinda — Thank you about the picture. Your reply makes me nostalgic for the beach…the sun, the waves….:~)
